[Resolved] Airtel — Unresponsive to consumer without an update. | |||||
The service request ID '[protected]' which as requested on 11/01/2017 was not addressed properly. Even though the customer support executives promised me that the installation would happen within 72 hours, there was no update for 9 days. And when I checked with them on 20/01/2017 they asked for 48 hours more. There was absolutely no update on any of the status. This is careless of Airtel not valuing the Customer's time. They didn't even have the courtesy o[censored]pdating about the delay. This is unacceptable. Was this information helpful? | |||||
