[Resolved] Airtel — Unsuccessful Phone Recharge by Airtel Thanks App

On 29th July, 2020 i made payment from my SBI debit card for a phone recharge of Rs.149 wherein the cash has been credited from the account but recharge not yet received. I got a message from Customer Care that recharge has been initiated towards my phone no. with a Txn ID but there has been no recharge benefits.
Please look into this matter and let me know how i can get a refund for the same.

Got the recharge within 2 hrs of filing this complaint.. Maybe there was some network issue wherein the servers operation were timed out but I'm glad that the recharge was made by Airtel.. Thanks!!!
