[Resolved] Airtel — Unsuccessful Phone Recharge by Airtel Thanks App | |
Sir, On 29th July, 2020 i made payment from my SBI debit card for a phone recharge of Rs.149 wherein the cash has been credited from the account but recharge not yet received. I got a message from Customer Care that recharge has been initiated towards my phone no. with a Txn ID but there has been no recharge benefits. Jul 29, 2020 Complaint marked as Resolved Got the recharge within 2 hrs of filing this complaint.. Maybe there was some network issue wherein the servers operation were timed out but I'm glad that the recharge was made by Airtel.. Thanks!!! Airtel customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |
