Airtel — useless airtel

I hav recharged my digital tv for two times but so far dish not working shows error code 6.. Called customer care they said problems will solve within 24hrs.. So far no solved poor service by airtel.. Fed up using the digital tv.. Planning to throw the connection... Airtel is a poor company who cheats the customers with false information.. Moreover they don't try to resolve the problem... Every time it does happens in all years.. Im using it from 2010... Still facing problems... Useless
