[Resolved] Airtel — very bad service and not able to use my internet pack | |||
Dear sir/madam, This is pandeeswaran, my no:[protected] (Airtel connection), Compliant:1 Actually i am working in aborad so i using number as a post paid plan, actually i put my plan as rs.199+ international roaming pack-rs.149. But last month suddenly airtel provider change my plan from 199 to 299 without any inform. Suddenly i noticed in service provider application (Airtel my app). After that i complaint that told they are withdraw the plan rs.199 plan so they changed my plan to rs.299. But withot my knowledge how they changing. Image. Png Compliant : 2 Actually this month (2-oct) i reached india used my internet in airtel.in my airtel app it showed 25 gb available (5 gb+20gb unused last month). But after 5 gb o[censored]sage my internet not worked. So i called customer care they told we raise compliant for your issue at 6-oct, i got next day call they told our side no issue of internet issue. But your 20 gb is available if last months that one is not updated so you call again airtel customer care and ask about your last month roll-over data's, so i again called and asked customer care they told roll-over data not possible to use because of your plan up graded 199 to 299.in that case not possible to use my data they need to give some reduction in my bill or atleast provide some data not happened that and they told i[censored] need internet data u need to upgrade 399 plan so u can get 20gb. I argued my unused 20gb and finally upgraded my plan 399. Because of emergency of internet. They told with in 30min u get internet. But happened another same internet not worked. First compliant mail feedback. Image. Png So again called next day they told i consumed all my data's. But previous day i tried i not got data so i used wifi data. So again complaint they give complaint number and told within 20hrs it will solved but without the issue solved they closed my complaints. So again i called customer care and told all the issues they raised again complained and told today[protected] evening u get internet before 6pm. But not happened. But i got msg your complaint is solved and closed. Image. Png I got very much angry because of i am stayed 10 days in india but only 3 days i used data. After that not able to used and only raised complaint and they are only closed without solved. So that i used another service provider data for nest days[protected] and i leaved india on[protected]. I checked before leaving india (At airport i checked) but not got. Its very embarrassing about their service and customer support.
