Airtel — wallet blocked | |||
I deposited 10000 in my airtel payment wallet. After deposit when i tried to use the amount then it was showing you cannot debit this amount account is freezed. So i contacted customer care they asked for my aadhar card and pan card and bank statement of my transaction. I sent all then they said your dob is not correct in our record so we cannot unfreeze your account until you converted your account in airtel payments bank saving account and to convert into saving account i need to verify my kyc via aadhar which is not available as aadhar canceled airtel license. So i cannot use my money. I am waiting since 50days. But no resolution happen. Please unfreeze my account as i am giving all proof of my dob. Was this information helpful? | |||
