I upgrade my sim to 4g. I am not getting this 4g facility. Now system is showing 2g. I am not satisfy your service. So i want to switch other service provider. Last few days my mobile is not showing 4g. Internet speed is very slow. Please give me 4g facility. Because i upgrade my sim to 4g. I am very unhappy of your service give this number. I am unsatisfy your service.

I am facing network issue. When I opened the site of airtel ie www.airtel.in and enters open network it shows that network is excellent. I restart my phone, change sim slot, my phone setting are all okay then why I am facing network issue. Please help me

On 17th Nov I recharged my number with rs 400 and it claimed validity for 70 days. But the benefits lasted only for 35 days only. I called customer care they said validity was for 35days only. I even had the message I received when recharge was done.

Dear sir i am using iphone and there no speed of 4g in proper conctivity is this can be resolved by increase by speed

Airtel promises a lot they say they provide quality service in reality poor quality network for both internet and calls I'm really fed up troi needs to do something.
My no [protected] was port from vodafone to airtel 10days back, airtel sim is not at activted. vodafone has done their job.pls solve now
I raised a request for of a new sim but they keep me waiting . No proper response from customer care as well.

These guys dont care . I received one of the worst responses from customer care as well

I complained by calling customer care regarding signal issue but till now not resolved.

I'm no getting calls when my airtel sim is switched to 4G (even if volte is ON)
and i'm getting calls when it is switched to 3G
My mobile net is not working properly.
While calling it shows roaming in my hometown also.
My airtel money pin recently blocked, i sent someone to withraw the money but ended up blocking the pin, the account had 3040ksh and my pin is 8191 and the id no is 2571052
I am receiving wrong calls from no [protected] in the night and he speak wrong words. i am also rec .wrong calls from [protected] & [protected] Please take action against them . We get only nine nos in our moblie
