Airtel — Worst network and customer careVo services | |
Hello, From last 3-4 days i am facing same network issues which i was facing before in april and that time also didn't get amy solution. Whole day i am not able to use internet all the time it shows e symbol on network bars can't even send simple messages. Day before yesterday i contacted airtel customer care where i got another experience of your worst services. Customer executive said your problem will be solved till 8th july so the thing is if i can't use my data till 8th july yesterday also i called and got same reply that wait till 8th july which is more than 15days so what about that 15days data which i can't use so its just waste of money for me and its not about 1or 2 days its 15 days data i just want my data to be transferred to next month or on the days after 15th july or return my money back of that 15 days. I already have sent maill to nodal office and complaint mail id still not got any response thats why i have to file complaint here i have that call recording with csr also so i hope here i will get proper solution of my problem Thank you, Was this information helpful? | |
