[Resolved] Airtel — worst network and pathetic customer service | |||
I am facing network problem from 2 days and when tried to call them in this regards there response is. They can't do anything for me though i am old and trusted customer. They supposed to stop claiming open networks etc.. When i can't get better network in city. I have dropped an email and post on there sites but no response.. Airtel charges are high but service is more than can worst If is there negative rating option to select for them.. I would have given them. Fadeup with airtel, i feel jio is far better then airtel. Oct 14, 2017 Complaint marked as Resolved no steps has been taken even i got the response that they can't do anything in this regards . my concern is then why they are claiming open network blaa blaa Airtel customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||
