Airtel — wrong balance deduction by airtel in the name of international roaming

My ac had a bal of rs 200 and now today 11 jan its showing nil balance. and the customer support guy is giving the reason for deduction is that i was on international roaming. where as i never travelled outside india. kindly refund my money, you people are cheater.and worst customer support specially a guy from airtel Mr. Santosh pawar who behaved so badly with its customer.

Updated by Deepika Mehta Hi, i have airtel no .with me. last month did a recharge of rs.300 and today, 11 jan 2018 the balance showing is nil. when i spoke to customer support they gave the reason for deduction is international roaming whereas i never travelled out of india. this is the wrong Balance deduction done from my account. kindly resolve the issue and refund my money.
