Airtel — wrong bill generated - after disconnection | |||
Sir, With referencr to the subject, i would like to inform you that i have taken prepaid broadband connection vide airtel dsl nm[protected] on 02 march 2019 costing 2998 including gst for 6 months plan i. E up-to 01.09.2019 and the said broadband along with landline connection was prepaid and it's already got disconnected on dated 02.09.2019 and it's services got closed on same day which i already informed airtel customer care and requested to took their wire, instruments etc, during their call for renewal of services and payment follow up in last week of august. As airtel services are costly i denied to renew and advance payment for same and took hathway broadband. Then on 4th oct 2019 they send bill of rs 2996 for which i requested to airtel customer care again through email and call to close the bill as it is wrongly generated but they are harassing me In view of above, it is pertinent to mention here that this bill is wrongly generated so requested you to please get withdraw or closed the bill.
