Airtel — wrong billing incorrect charging | |||
Hello team, Last month i ported from airtel to idea. When the last bill came they charged me amount of 361 extra in the name of hello tunes stating the the its auto renew and i have not confirmed to stop it. It was a subscription which i started last year i dont even remember when. How can airtel expect to remember such things which was subscribed last year. We have lots of other work then remembering this. I have already raised a complaint with appellate team but they are not doing any thing and just forcing me to pay the bill which is not legitimate. They are already loosing their customers so they have found a new way to loot the customer. Some members of appellate is not bothered reading the mail just sending scripted notes.
