Airtel — wrong charges for sorrel value added service s services | |||
I am using airtel postpaid number [protected]. Every time they activated vas to my number after deactivation. Last time i had deactivated gaana bajjana type service which was not activated by me. Every time in my monthly bill, this service rent was added in my bill, when i approached to there service centre at lawrence road amritsar near petrol pump, the agent who was there refuse to refund the money from there end and said deactivate this service from your own mobile because you had activated by your phone and guided me to call on complaint helpline 198, when i called, there executive said, make mail on [protected]@airtel.in, we cannot refund. Another issue was 199airtel infinity pack activated on my mobile bill, When i did not pay there bill on time due to such issue which is not solved by them, then they charged extra late fees. If already you are overcharging and not to refund my money, then disconnect my connection but refund all my valuable money to me. My postpaid no [protected] Was this information helpful? | |||
