[Resolved] Airtel — Wrong commitment/ harassment by customer care | |||||
Dear Sir/Ma'am, I am really disappointed with pathetic service of Airtel. It's regarding the wrong commitment by the provider against my monthly rental which they were offered 499 with 100 will be discounted for next 6 month.. in 1st month they give me benefit but now they have added the 499 in my current bill and due to this I have received wrong bill from.their side and same thing his customer care executive excepted but he said I will be getting new bill for Rs. 532 within 3 days. After 3 days when I have not received the same and when I again called their customer care but they are simply denying the same and don't even ready to listen the call recording of their executive.
