Airtel — wrong information provided regarding dth plans | |||
This is regarding wrong information provided by airtel customer service executive when applying for a new dth multiple-connection for my home, i had this conversation on around 15th oct. 2018. The guy told me that i have to recharge my dth base pack @315 on the parent connection and @175 to the other three connections by which ill get 290 sd channels and 60 hd channels in all my connections. Now currently on time of recharge airtel customer service says that we do not have any plans like these and giving me expensive plans. Even they are not lodging a complaint also.
