[Resolved] Airtel — Wrong internet deduction

Dear sir
I am writing this complaint due to the wrong balance deduction of the balance due to the internet usage.I have two prepaid numbers of Delhi [protected], [protected] which had the balance of rs 27 with the number ending 969 and another have a balance of rs 7 and the balance were totally deducted for wrong deduction of internet. So please do the needful
