Airtel — wrong name registered by airtel during upgradation from 2g to 4g | |||
Airtel customer executive registered my name wrong while upgrading from 2g to 4g sim. I have submitted my aadhaar card during the registration but they registered my name along with my father's name. Now somehow my sim card is not working. So i tried to purchase a new sim card with same mobile number. But now i can't purchase a new one because of the aadhaar authentication problem due to name mismatch. When i call customer care they are like we can't do anything from here. I also contacted the airtel office but they also unable to help me anything. As this mobile number is important for my daily activities, now i faced so much problem. Such an irresponsible mistake by airtel can't be ignored which creates such problems in life. So please help me to provide a new sim card with the same mobile number.
