[Resolved]  Airtel — wrong promise and breach of trust

Dear sir,
I have recharged for 1699 on ([protected]) on 30/11/19 and there was ongoing plan of 509 which has validity of 22 days left and after recharge i received message from company that my 1699 plan will get activated on 23/12 of which i have a proof
But it activated today itself and company has discontinued my 509 plan also which is a breach of trust and fraud they took money from me for services and discontinued my plan in middle please take action against them
