Subject:- Regarding disconnection of my airtel Broadband [protected].
This is in respect to the above mentioned subject, I had approached the Airtel office, Y.M.C.A Road, Kozhikode during the month of October 2021 and given a letter for disconnection. The executive there accepted the same and informed me that my disconnection request has been accepted and I was also informed to pay any charges balance till the date of disconnection. Balance amount as per last bill was settled, I had also taken the WIFI router for surrender along with cancellation for that the executive told me that it will be collected by another team.
The executive I spoke to is Mr.Roral, His number is [protected].
After that next month I received a bill of Rs 236/-, I again approached the same Airtel Office, Y.M.C.A Road, Kozhikode and told them my concerns. Again I was informed that it is some mistake and my connection has been converted into safe custody and it will be rectified. I also informed them that the modem and router have still not been collected. This same pattern repeated all these months. I am really fed up with this and I am continuously getting calls to settle the bill amount which is accumulating month by month. Was this information helpful? |
