[Resolved] Airtel — Wrongly done recharge.. they are not crediting my about back.. | |||||
I have done a recharge of 44rs on april 25th for my mobile number [protected]. when i googled for airtel 3g recharge. Hence it was not mobile friendly website i was unable to see the area name. I recharged amount of 44rs which comes under delhi region not as i thought Andhra or Telangana. I asked them to credit my amount back or recharge alternate 3g data even it less than 44rs. But they refused to do so and saying that 44rs comes under special recharge for talktime, but i was in monthly unlimited plan. Please solve the issue even i am not getting any use for that 44rs but they are charging it without customer satisfaction or non usage of their service for that price.. please go through below information.
