Airtel — wrongly paid against a wrong account name | |||
I have wrongly made payment to airtel wifi account number [protected] instead of my account number [protected]. It is a matter of one digit and against the number, the name is not displayed as against by other providers while making the payment. This number says it is invalid. It has therefore not gone to any other account. I have made several complaints to airtel but there is no response from their side. It has happened due to typo error and can be easily reversed by airtel bank as that number is invalid. Please look into it. Thanks Was this information helpful? | |||

Airtel dth have provided an app although it is claimed that you can select your own channels. But the app do not support this. Customer is forced to select bundle provided by them. Even make your own bundle is not proper on 998. I tried twice, in one instance payment was done (offcours not yet refunded). Final transaction was not successful.

My account has been block due to incorrect pin I forgot my no [protected] an am from Ghana .when I registered my account and wanted to do a transaction I typed the pin but it was an incorrect pin and my account was blocked for like a year please help me
