Airtel Wynk Music — Active plan still not able to download | |
Wynk is free for airtel users. Till yesterday I have been downloading songs and now suddenly i m not able to download any songs. Everytime I try to download the subscription page for wynk is shown whereas it's free for airtel users. I tried reinstalling the app still no use. I tried contacting them through wynk's help and support section didn't receive any response from them. Half of my downloaded songs are shown as unfinished downloads and I am not even able to re download them. Kindly resolve the issue ASAP.

I am not able to download songs even though I have subscription from Airtel... Everytime I click on download... It redirects me to the buy section... They have pathetic help and support... No response

I will file a fraudulence case on Airtel for fooling it's users
