I booked a cab from these Buffoons, well in advance before the boarding time, for which they told it's confirmed and get the driver detail's 30 minutes prior. After that i never got any calls/details from these buggers.when I called these customer service guys, they have no track of the booking happened and to avoid their mistake ..they told cab is running 15 minutes time, driver would call me up anytime soon.
Waiting continued, and it was past 20 minutes my boarding time. I do not get any calls. When I call these buggers, they just hang up the calls. After repeatedly trying them. I was told that driver car was punctured. And gonna take 15 minutes time..story goes on.. finally after a long hopeless wait of 1 + hours.. called them again and to hear only sorry..they have no services now.. due to rain..and car broke down.. Its just a .. response.. tragedy is no one out there .. is ready to take any complaint against.. whatever happened..
The service is just pathetic.. And hopelss... Aishwaria Cabs Siply Sucks...
Worst experience i ever had ... totally unreliable... and hopeless.. pl never use these buggers, only you end up being sorrow for yourselves... Was this information helpful? |
