Aishwarya Cabs — Terrible Driver

date: june 15th, 2014 I had one of the worst experiences with aishwarya cabs earlier today. I had booked a cab to Bangalore airport today . car # KA MM 5074 Unfortunately, they sent the most disgusting driver ever. To start with, the cab service employee had quoted an incorrect amount and the driver started to argue. We let it go and agreed to pay this new amount. The driver was 20 min's late which meant my parents had to rush to the airport. The driver nor the company didn't seem to care that the car was late, they just casually blamed the traffic (on a Sunday). It got worse from thereon, the driver stopped the car at a fuel station and demanded the full cab fare from my parents, the norm is that the driver is supposed to ensure that his car has fuel at any given time especially before a new booking to the airport. Next he started to argue with my parents and was extremely ill mannered and rude with them (by then I had complained to the office) . He then demanded to speak to me over the phone and threatened to halt the cab and dared me to complaint to the police. The office clearly didn't seem to escalate this matter or take it seriously as they never even bothered to call me back to inform me that things were under control. The most disgusting experience ever and i will never recommend anyone to opt for this cab service.
