[Resolved]  Ajanta Clocks — non functioning of eye miracle system in model no. 2067

Dear Sir, i purchased a ajanta musical wall clock model no. 2067 from your dealer. Ms. Santosh Watch & Sewing Machine Co. 158, Chandpole Bazar Jaipur on 8/11/2013. vide Bill No. 2116 dated 8/11/2013. The MIRACLE EYE SYSTEM of the clock is not functioning since the date of purchase. The matter was reported to the dealer but he refused to replace the clock and said that the Company is manufacturing the model in which EYE MIRACLE SYSTEM is non effective and the clock strikes even in night also. I also like to mention here that i had purchased a musical wall in past also in which the EYE MIRACLE SYSTEM was working and the clock was not striking in night/in darkness. please advice me suitably and confirm the contents of dealer.
