Ajanta Hospital — i am complaining about canteen staff behaviour and the selling price more than mrp of the product.

I wnat to raise a complaint against the behaviour of canteen staff. They are rude and unprofessional. When i asked them for water bottle, they were giving me local water bottle. But when i asked for branded water bottle they were charging more than mrp. But when i denied to give more than mrp, they shouted on me and refused to give water.in my aspect, they are illegally charging from patients therefore i would expect from the senior assistant/staff of ajanta hospital to take an effective action against them.
