Ajio — Amount got debited but the order was not confirmed and not showing in order section

Hello, I have placed an order at ajio for Rs 1920.89. the amount got debited from my gpay and shows completed. But in ajio order section nothing is showing. Also I called customer care, they didn't helped at all and state that such order is not been placed. It's a scam. I want my money back
