Ajio — Amount has been debited from account but mop of payment for the order shows cash on delivery

I am writing this complain because i am tired of emailing AJIO customer care team. Worst experience ever with AJIO. I have made the payment for my order FL[protected] through paytm . I haven't got my amount back. I am mailing them continuously and they are making fool of me by sending every time a new complain id COM[protected]. Their team called me and saved their part by saying that no amount has been received. i have sent them the screenshot of the transaction plus the transaction details. Its been a week now and they are just giving me dates and no refund What the hell? I haven't got the money back in my bank account yet.
