[Resolved]  Ajio — I have return my shoes to jio but my refund not back yet

I had purchased shoes on ajio.com online website at 17th jan but i found other wrong colour shoes that was not mine order, after that i called to ajio they speak your order will be not exchange just can return i said ok, on 22 jan the couriyer boy came to pick up shoes and he told me that would be not return and
He speaks these are complain come before you speak with the ajio, than i called again now they speak you can not return shoes and hang up the call after that i sent them email many time then they agree for return as it than i be busy because in house was marriage my elder brother which peruse i purchased shoes when i contected them they said sir give us two more bussiness days every time don't have clear answer for it every time i called them and after that does not reply for it what's the matter is going on then one day speak we did not pick up your shoes and they ask me acknowledgment slip they did not aware about that nor i knew one reason behind it that in my ist order i was exchange jeans that time did not get any slip but product come back so i ignored but second time it happen even than i apologize for that it's my mistake but who does the mistake 1st who send wrong product and first make rules themselves and then break themselves time i forced, so they agreed to return what that mean i customers are fool.
So please help me. As soon as possible.

this is a email id [email protected] and customer care no 1800-8899-991 right now don't have no which had called me but when ever they called me which no if I back to call him didn't connected them because incoming service on that no not outgoing . they don't accept the mistake every time call them and don't have specific answer every time they had one time work on it call me and three courier boy came here for verification . three of them I know that him because he was most of time came on address first time when I ordered shirt and jeans and second time when I exchanged jeans and third time when I was return shoes first time him self told me an two of them don't know even who was not who delivered shoes because I don't want to trapped in any one who is innocent man but I did first time mistake I lose the shoes and money also but what's gone Ajio's nothing, they mistake tree time they raise the mistake first but don't have certain answer
