Ajio — I ordered something from ajio. Money deducted, but order not placed

I ordered dress from ajio in august and paid via google pay. Money got deducted and recieved by ajio. But order status is not shown in account, its like order is not placed at all. No comfirmation mail, nothing. No refund too. Contacted them throgh mail multiple times. But no reposense
