Hi ! I placed order of 18 products with Ajio out of which 9 products were delivered on 17th March'23. As i was not at home my 12 year old son received a big carton of these products . He called me and asked me for OTP which I gave and he took the order. The box was not properly sealed and there was only one tape which was running on the carton. The sides of the carton were broken and it did not seem new carton at all. It looked like as if products were packed in old box. Anyhow, when the carton was opened instead of 9 products only 8 were there. When I came back and found out I raise complain about the same. I explained them that products of higher value are there but one t-shirt which was of lowest value is missing. I attached the picture of the carton also on the website . They said they will get back by 21st March. Then I got a call from customer support executive and he said that warehouse is saying there were 9 products only packed so they can't do anything about it . I tried to explain them that if I was lying i could I have claimed for a higher value product missing from the shipment but since I m telling the fact and they need to trust me. They very bluntly refused that they can't do anything about it . I again called customer service and asked them how can I escalate this issue as I'm not satisfied with the customer support team's action . Again customer service guy said I will get reply by EOD ie 21st March. I feel cheated with this online seller and never ever something like this I have experienced with Myntra, Flipkart or Amazon or for that matter any other website. Whichever services reliance provides be it milkbasket, jiomart etc, there services are always lacking insight, courteous staff, and better resolution to customers problems.
