Ajio — Money Deducted but order not placed

I have placed an order with three items using BHIM API with
Payment Id: pay_FpyrPh1eOWPvJP and Transaction Id:[protected]

The amount is deducted from my account but the order is not placed yet. Also, the order is still there in the cart.
I am attaching the screenshots for the same and Go through them and either return the money or get the order placed.

Very much unsatisfied and very frsutated with the service...!!!

The customer care doesnot, at all respond to the calls neither replies with mail. Also, no option is avaialable to talk to their customer care executve directily, just replying with nothing more than an auto generated mail.

I was about to give review but unfortunately there is no score in negative... !!!
Worst Experience. You really need to learn from other reputed websites and apps how to manage things online and satisfy your customer...!!!
