[Resolved] Ajio — Payment done but order not placed

I had purchased a few clothes on 3rd september 2021, using a code BOOM for discount, I successfully paid the amount. But the order is still not placed and I did not even get a confirmation email or message about the purchase. Their customer care is also computerized, so that did'nt help.
