Ajio — Product picked up already but denying the pickup and refund | |||||
I ordered three products from ajio on 17 aug 2021 with order ID#FL[protected] & #FL[protected]...since there were quality issues with the product i placed a return request for the same..their courier partner didn't pick up the product despite repeated calls and mails to ajio and was giving false excuses that customer cancelled the pickup without anyone coming to my place. After lot of hardships i managed to get the product picked up and have all 3 acknowledgement receipts from the courier partner SHADOWFAX along with the photographs of the pick up boy with the products. i am harassed beyond limits for my refunds. Despite numerous calls to their call centre which they disconnect in between and place me on hold for hours, not reply to my emails and no senior responds despite several calls and emails. They're even refusing that they've picked the order. Kindly help me get my refund from these fraud people. ive attached the pickup receipts. Was this information helpful? | |||||
