[Resolved] Ajio — Refund not yet received

I had placed an order on 04/09/2020 for lightly washed slim fit denim shorts, but i have received an different item on 10/09/2020. So i returned the product on 12/09/2020 and my return id is rt21899151. But i haven't received the refund amount yet. I am not able to reach customer care through toll free no. And i have emailed to the customer care, but no response from their side. Kindly refund my amount immediately

Updated by mssanjaysai I had placed an order on 06/09/2020 for Louis Philippe Denim shorts, but i have received an different item on 10/09/2020. So i returned the product on 12/09/2020 and my return id is RT21899151. But I haven't received the refund amount yet. I am not able to reach customer care through toll free no. and i have emailed to the customer care, but no response from their side. Kindly refund my amount Immediately
