Ajio — Shoes/ I had ordered dune london shoes from ajio, but they delivered fake ones. Now they dnt pick the product nor refund

Bought dune london shoes from ajio, they sent fake shoes that too too large size, i had raised complain, bt worst customer care service, they say give us 3-4 days ur product will be picked . Bt no response .
