I had bought few items and after that I got to know that my account has been blocked. I have size issues and I want to exchange the products but unable to do so as I am not able to ccess my account. Customer care service is pathetic. After multuple follow up mails I got to know my ccount has been blocked due to high reverse pickups done in past and they won't be serving this account. But this is not true. I had returned few items in the past but that was due to quality issues and any customer would do that in e-commerce platform. This is why you are allowing returns/exchanges.
This is so unethical and pathetic blocking one's account without prior notice and blocking someone's access to exchange items in case of size/quality issues.
My humble request to Ajio that don't open account no issue but atleast accept my return and issue my refund as its a huge amount. Please. Was this information helpful? |
