I ordered 2 jewellery from ajio, Order #FN[protected] and Order # FN[protected], both are lucky jewellery products, they are different from the products I ordered, and they came only with brand name tags, no price tags or Ean number, within the return window, I initiated return, but it got cancelled, from 2 nd march, I am just writing mails, doing calls, chats and sending several times the picture of my products, still my product is not picked up. My return window is already closed, I can't initiate return from my end, is it a new scam??
When i asked them they raised a complaint but didn't give the resolution. Each time i call them a new complaint id is allotted and issue is not resolved.
Even after many Customer Care Calls and mails sent by me to ajio customer mail there is no progress in pickup action .
I request you to help me on closure of this issue as soon as possible with suitable "compensation" for the harassment and delays in pickup snd refunding else I will raise a complaint on consumer court.
