I am writing this complain because i am tired of emailing AJIO customer care team. Worst experience ever with AJIO. I have returned my product nicely with all labels and tags on 25th March 2017. Still the status is refund initiated from their side. I havn't got my amount back. I am mailing them continuously and they are making fool of me by sending every time a new complain id COM00511199. Their team called me and saved their part by saying that refund is done from our side. What the hell? I havn't got the money back in my bank account.

Did not provide my refund even after returning the product. I waited for more than month, and coned me saying wrong product has been picked up. [censored] website. They just lodged the complaint and nothing else. I received call from their end but no action has been taken. I want my refund back.

I had the same problem, they delivered wrong product and when i requested refund they said wrong item picked up. Did they refund you?

Can i get your order ID? I have similar issue and I am mailing them, I can use your case as reference and show them that they have also done this with you and others.

I have facing the same problem they delivered the wrong product and declared product unajio but supervisor assured my you will get 100% refund but now they are saying this not possible they are making fool of me and giving the new complaint number everytime

I havn't got the money back in my bank account.

I haven't get my refund amount back after returning with all tags and labels for which I have returned it on 19 September.And one prepaid item has cancelled itself on 31 st August and don't get my refund back.I am waiting from the last one month.please help . I want my refund amount back.please help me fast
10 din seh upar hoo geya hai abhi tak mujhe meri refund wapas nehi mila maine ajio k customer care paybhi call kiya kisine call ka answer nehi diya agar ap yeh problem fixed kar sakte hoo toh bohot meherbani hoogi

Hey there! I had ordered a few dresses from Ajio in August, out of which 3 or 4 got canceled (They said unsuccessful delivery) and when sought for the refund it said refund is initiated but I didn't receive any. I'm writing this after 2 months please help me in getting my money back. Please :(
Did any one whose refund issue was pending got their refund back? I have returned an jacket that they sent the wrong colour and instead for an exchange I chose refund option since the product was out of stock.
I have been calling tirelessly for two months now and they have always been saying they will solve this in two business days n stretched it for weeks and months. I still didn’t get my money back.
Ajio says my refund has been initiated a month ago but I still didn't get my refund. I want my money back please help it's an emergency. I've attached the order with the order number, please make sure I get my refund or else I'll go to the consumer court for this issue

I had ordered a Levi's Jean's. Refund has not been done till now. It's been 7 days. Worst service i have ever experienced. This is a fraud. Ajio is the worst website. On ajio app 13th feb was the date to refund. Now it is showing 17th feb. What is this? Is this a joke? 1300 rs doesnt seem to be of worth to ajio. Completely rubbish. I want my money back as soon as possible.
Ajio doesn't have customer service. Doesn't reply to my emails. No help .

I have been writing to Ajio customer center with no fruitful result. My prepaid order was cancelled from their side and now they are holding the amount. What is with this site, after seeing so many ppl being in the similar situation, please help.. and to think that the richest man in our country own this site is sickening.

Hi, I haven't received refund from AJIO for the 3dresses.it was returned successfully and they told they have initiated the refund but the amount is not reflected in my account. I have called their customer care and mailed them many times. But still didn't get any updates regarding my refund. Please do the needful

2. Delivery person demanded money for my order where I already paid through online while placing
3. I spoke to Ajio customer care to reach logistics and deleiver my producti without demanding money
4. They didnt respone me properly and returned the product without my consent
5. Reached ajio grievance and customer care "n" number of times in this 3 months and still i didnt receive the cash

Ajio is giving me a hard time regarding my refund of a jeans which was defective. I returned and i have not received the refund yet. I thought it was a technical glitch but now i can see that there are many others whi faced the same situation as me. Never thought that the richest man of india rises by eating up people's money and fraud! The customers must unite and show the power of customers! Ek toh pandemic upar se these guys are eating people's money, no humanity left!!

I had a refund today on 6th May 2021, the pick up guy came and took my order but there is no update of my refund / change in status of my return.

Sadly there is no way to get through with the customer care, and all they have is a list of FAQ . This is insane.

Well it's almost more than a week I ordered mufti pants which cost about 1100/- they cancelled the order from there side after my payment is done, and they said they will refund me in two buisness days but it's more than a week money is not received in my bank, and there customer care support is also very bad no response from there side, one of the worst side I ever saw

I paid Rs 2397.11 for a purchase on July 6, but the order was not confirmed. So I asked for a refund but did not get a refund. Fix this problem as soon as possible. I need my money back immediately and I can not wait any longer. Your customer care number does not reach any executives, how can I fix this ??

Refund issues 2 days gone not yet received my refund money.
