Good day,
Please note that i am unable to open my current electricity bill online (Its showing on process /not generated), due to this error i am unable to pay this bill online as well as on e - mitra centers.
I also didn't get any electricity paper bill or bill sms on registered mobile no.
I have tried to resolve the issue on local office and also customer care no but there was no positive response.
Additional to that i have submitted complain on rapdrp official site with complain no[protected], but that also have been closed without any solution.
I am still unable to pay this bill and also now i have to pay late fee charges unnecessarily.
Kindly look in this case and please extend my bill pay due date, as there is no fault/delay from my side.
