Ajmer Vidyut Vitran Nigam Limited — high and intense power fluctuation

This is to seek your attention and action towards the electricity fluctuation which we are facing since a month because in our area i.e mali mohalla nawab ka bera diggi bazar, ajmer, where electricity is supplied through a single line due to which there is intense fluctuation and as a result a.c, coolers, and other appliances are not working properly. Since last 2 weeks we are facing continuous power cut during mid night and we have to call your service providers everyday and everytime they assure us that it will work but it does not. They even assured us to fix the line problem and to supply through different lines but its been a month that the problem is still the same.
It is our kind request to the department to either take any action on urgent basis or we will file consumer complaint in court.
