On 31 dec 19 rs.329 bill was paid via bhim upi for k no[protected] but the transaction was declined from merchandise end but amount was debited from my account and on queries about transaction status amount refund will be done message was showing in transaction remarks column. Hence on 01 jan 2020 same bill was paid by google pay and that time transaction was successful. Now bhim upi also said that amount was transferred to merchandise account. I have paid previous month bill two times by mistake and still the refund is pending.
On contacting they(electricity officer) said it will be considered in next month bill but again I recieved a bill with pending amount . What should I do now??
