Ajnara India — Maintenance & club charges

I am member and owner of Flat S-1102. I am seeking and want answers to my queries and questions i have raised to AGC regarding recent changes in policies of maintenance of society & with regards to recent charges of Club maintenance. Below mentioned are our points of discussion.
As Member of society I am not receiving monthly expense details of society like charge paid to housekeeping, Security other maintenance expenses on activities done by your team within the society.
Recently their was change in security agency from Group4 to new security. no details are shared with members regarding the financial agreed with agency on yearly contract. also as feedback new agency guards are not properly trained.
I am Living in S tower since last 1 year but still internal white wash in our tower has not been done. i have raised this many times with your team but still no action has been taken their are lot of Pan split inside walls of our tower.
Club charges: Recently maintenance has started deducting club charges from prepaid meter along with meter charges. as member I am not willing and happy to pay these charge as club maintenance need to done from monthly maintenance. as these expenses are covered under monthly maintenance in every society. I am also seeking answer why these club maintence charges cannot be done from our monthly charges. as members we have paid 2 years advance maintenance to AGC. as member i am seeking details of funds used by maintenance from those funds of members.
