[Resolved]  Akbar Travels — airline full refund processed but akbar travels at hold it

Dear Sir
My 2 tickets were made from Akbar Travel, which I called Akbar Travel at least 100 times from March 11 and emailed 50 but they have not helped me yet.
This is the reference number for both tickets.

(2) AT[protected]
Sir, since March 11, I have constantly emailed and called on my call, but till today my problems have not been eradicated.
AT[protected] The full refund of this reference number was processed by the airline on 14 March itself. When I called the airline on 23 March, the airline support informed that your refund has been successfully passed to your travel agency.
And the second reference number is AT[protected], this too has been given a full refund from the airline on March 11 and when I spoke to the airline on March 20, they said that your full refund has been given.
Sir, both the airlines have already given refunds to the people of Akbar Travel for 1.5 months in advance but the people of Akbar Travel have not given me yet.
Sir I humbly request you to help me get my money in this lockdown, I will be grateful to you.

Sir, the company has not yet found any solution to my complaint, it will be 2 months in 1 week. Today I said that you will get a refund for 2 months or 4 months. Sir, I request you that there is a lot of scarcity of money in this delicate time like covid-19, please kindly get my money as soon as possible.
Akbar Travels customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
