Dear Sir/Madam,
I am Mr. Ramesan Pullanhiyodan. I booked flight ticket from Doha to Muscat on 29th December 2016 and return on 1st January 2017. The onward journey was very late and instead of reaching in Muscat at 4 am, I could reach there only by 11.45 am. I had an interview over there at 10.30 am. I couldn't attend the interview and it was a mere waste journey. It can be considered as my bad luck.
On 1st January, when I reached the airport at 3.30 pm to catch my return flight, Fludubai operating section informed me that all the flights had been cancelled. I had to reach Doha before 11 pm yesterday and there was no other way I took a ticket in Oman Airways by paying QR. 1100 that is Rs. 21000/-
So what type of service you are providing through your travels?
How will you refund my flight charge?
Who will take the responsibility of my heavy lose of money and time?
