Online e ticket booking (Trip id[protected] without confirmed ticket they deduct cash and till one 7 days didnt refund i contact customer support team they saying with in 4 days it will credit to your account till not. Pls replay with [protected]@gmail.com i am from kerala kannur in my child life i seeing the akbar travels so i believe blindly but the new generation akbar team don't have any ethics Was this information helpful? | |||
Akbar Travels customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Verified Support Nov 02, 2019 Akbar Travels Customer Care's response Dear Sir/Madam, This is in regards to query raised against booking ref no. AT[protected] Due to seat sold out booking was reverted back and same was intimated to customer through email. Passenger mentioned wrong email id as a result of which mail delivery go failure. However refund has already been credited within the stipulated time period. Regards, Customer Support Team. | |||
