[Resolved] Akbar Travels — rude behaviour from reservation executive | |||||
I am a frequent flyer to iraq on job purpose and recently purchased a ticket from your thiruvananthapuram - vellayambalam, akbaronline booking company pvt limited. I am in need of a new ticket for the next rotation and i am in touch with the reservation representatives. I had to call them and talk to them to make it finalized and i am extremely disappointed with the behavior of the booking staff. I would recommend the management should send your staff for hospitality / service sector training so that they understand how to talk with their customers when they work in a service sector. I had a very bad response and behavior from the following person "rohini r s" - rohini rs. She disconnected the line talking in a rude way. I happened to know that there are others as well who talk to the customers in the similar way who dont know the value of service sector. I have booked ticket with akbar travels then i cancelled but didnt get my refund the airline people say the amount has been refunded but still i havent received yet AKBAR TRAVELS CHOR HAI KABHI NAHI BOOK KARNA
