Akbartravels.com — Unethical behaviour/ Not refunding money credited by airlines/Fraudulent behaviour

I have already complained against this shameless fraudulent company. First they purposely delayed initiating my refund request with the Airlines as documented in my earlier complaint here: https://www.consumercomplaints.in/akbar-travels-flight-refund-illegally-held-bac...⇄
Now, after the airlines credited the money to Akbar travels, they are not refunding the money back to me. They are engaging in fraudulent behaviour and not even replying to my emails. I have called the customer support people hundred times now, they say they will escalate it to senior accounts team, but after saying this 100 times they are not responding to me. Cheats holding back my money. Akbar Travels has to refund my money immediately or face legal action.
