Akbartravels.com — reschedule of air tickets

Since many days we are trying to reschedule flights, we are not successful for all tickets we purchased from akbartravels.com for bangalore to ahmedabad on 24 march 2020 and return on 29 march.

After prolonging persuaation, one ticket (Bangalore to ahmedabad) vide ref at[protected], got rescheduled but with excess charges. Airlines ticket difference is ok, but agent charges not acceptable.

For remaining two tickets, (Ahmedabad to mumbai and mumbai to bangalore) vide at[protected] and at[protected] akbar travels reply is not satisfactory.

We requested two options for the above two tickets, one as original return journey via mumbai but only date change to 31 august 2020, and second option direct return to bangalore from ahmedabad on 31 august 2020.

We know fare by spice jet is only rs 1918, whereas airlines wants fare difference of rs 1600 per ticket.
