[Resolved]  Akbartravelsonline.com — Booked tickets for senior citizens without care

We booked a ticket for 14 members on 07-aug-2014 from akbar travels kozhikode in the train no. 12735. for a journey on 5 oct 2014 from secundarabad to yeswanthpur. They booked all the tickets without any care and all our seats were scattered and were in different compartments. and even the 3 senior citizens in our group were not given a lower berth. there were option for selection of berth at the time of booking and also there was an option not to book tickets if the berths are not allotted in the same berth. but due to the careless attitude of the akbar travels they never selected any such options and booked tickets in such a way that has made our journey difficult. This is a bloody severe mistake from the side of Akbar travels of India.
