Sir, I have booked cot from ravulapalem to Hyderabad(kompally branch). LR no(ap/P/[protected] on 22-12-19.i have received the goods after 3 days. The cots received are broken. Please help me regarding this.

I ordered a Refurbished Apple watch 4 from buytime.in vide DD 1215. But they delivered a fake or copy of that.Now I am trying to contact them they not picking up my phone.if you can please help me.They are cheating others also.
